Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a refund - no questions asked. The goods must be returned in new condition.  Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.  If you wish to return a customized item, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

If the product is defective or received in error, we will also refund shipping charges. 

We will process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned product in new condition. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll evaluate your return request and send you return shipping instructions via email within 72 hours of receiving your request.

Cancellations

If you cancel custom items within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund.  After 24 hours, your item will be in the process of being customized and you will be refunded your payment less a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping

We ship internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the shipping options you choose.   

Please note that we do not recommend choosing USPS for amplifier shipments.  Many countries do not allow us to insure the shipment for the full value through USPS and we cannot be responsible for unreimbursed product cost due to shipping claims that could not be insured fully.  We request that amplifiers be shipped through Fedex.

When ordering from outside the US, you will be responsible for your countries customs fees and duties.
